To properly press direct to film onto a T-shirt, you will need a heat press that is designed for this purpose. Here are the steps to follow:

1. Place the transfer film onto the substrate, with the glossy film facing up.

2. Place the T-shirt with the transfer film into the heat press and apply firm pressure for 20 seconds at 375 degrees.

3. Remove the substrate from the heat press and peel off the transfer film after your transfer feels cool to touch

4. For extra security cover your T-shirt with Teflon or Silicone paper and press again for 5 seconds.
